impleCode AI writes and improves product content for you. It can suggest a better product title, short description and long description, rewrite product category names and descriptions, and fill in SEO fields when Yoast SEO is active. You review every suggestion and decide what to apply.
Set up impleCode AI
Go to Products > Settings > impleCode AI. The screen has a tab for Products and a tab for Product Categories, so each can have its own AI settings.
- Choose an AI plan on the settings screen, or click I already have AI License Key and paste the key you received from impleCode.
- Read the Data Sharing Disclosure and check I understand what data is shared and processed when AI is enabled or updated. AI can’t be enabled or updated without this confirmation.
- Check Enable AI for Products (or for Product Categories on the second tab).
- Click Save AI Settings.
The Connection section then shows the site status, your current plan and your AI Credits.
Choose what the AI can change
Enhance Fields are the fields the AI may rewrite or suggest values for. For products these are Title, Short Description and Long Description. For categories they are the category name and description. With Yoast SEO active you can also let the AI suggest the SEO title, meta description, focus keyphrase and social titles and descriptions.
Context Fields are sent to the AI as reference only and are never modified, for example Categories, Price, Weight, Size, Attributes, SKU, MPN and Variations. A field can be either an Enhance Field or a Context Field, not both. If your products have registered custom fields, you can add them with Custom Meta to Enhance and Custom Meta as Context.
Writing style
Adjust how the content is written:
- Tone – Neutral, Professional, Friendly or Persuasive
- Length – Concise, Standard or Detailed
- Content Freedom – Facts only, Balanced or Creative
- Language – the language of the source content or the site locale
- Audience – General, Consumer, Business or Technical
- SEO Emphasis – Off, Natural or Strong
- Call to Action – None, Subtle or Direct
Enhance a single product
Open a product for editing and find the impleCode AI box. Click Enhance to generate suggestions. When they are ready, click Review Suggestion, select the changes you want and click Apply selected changes.
The changes are applied to the edit form first. Save or update the product to keep them.
Sometimes the AI asks clarifying questions, for example about details the product data doesn’t include. Answer them and click Enhance with answers to get an updated suggestion, or skip the questions.
Enhance many products at once
In the Products list, select products and choose Enhance from the bulk actions. The task runs in the background and shows its progress above the list. You can click Stop to stop new submissions; requests already accepted by the AI service still finish.
Open Review Suggestions to go through the results one product at a time and apply or skip each suggestion. The impleCode AI column shows the status of each product, and the status filter above the list shows only products with Suggestions applied, Suggestions pending review or Not processed.
Product categories work the same way: use the Enhance bulk action in Products > Categories, or the AI control on the category edit screen.
AI Credits and plans
One AI Credit is used for each item processed. When you enhance several items at once, each item uses one credit. The Connection section shows the credits included in your plan and any extra credits you bought.
Use Upgrade Plan to change your plan or Buy AI Credits to add extra credits. Plan limits, such as the maximum field and request size, are listed in the plan details on the settings screen. If your plan expires, its included credits are set to zero, but extra credits stay available.
Unregister Site disconnects the site from impleCode AI and revokes its license key. It doesn’t cancel a paid subscription; cancel that separately in your impleCode account.
Data and privacy
The selected fields, context and your answers are processed by impleCode AI using an external AI provider. Don’t send personal, sensitive, confidential or other regulated data. Job content expires after 24 hours and isn’t used for model training. Always review generated content before you publish it.
Optional Content Analysis is a separate, optional consent. When checked, impleCode may keep submitted and generated content for up to 90 days to improve the service. Uncheck it at any time to stop future collection.
