New Product Order Drop Down Feature

New eCommerce Product Catalog version is available on WordPress.org.

We worked hard to deliver the new features which hopefully will make you smile in this great Christmas time :)

Product Order Drop Down

The 2.1 version comes with long awaited product order feature. Now you can set the default product order in product settings and your visitors can use a drop-down to do the same.

We added new sorting options to Product Settings general tab:

Product Sort Settings

The settings apply to all product listings: all products list, categories, search results and shortcode listings.

The drop-down appears on the top of each product list:

You can see how the product order drop-down works on our product catalog demo where the update is already applied.

Product Extensions Installer

The eCommerce Product Catalog 2.1.0 comes with a robust extension installer. Now you need only to paste your license key and click one button do download the extension from impleCode servers and install it on your website.

Product Shortcode Update

The [show_products] shortcode received new “sort” attribute. When set to 0 the drop down will be disabled. We plan to extend it with a possibility to set a custom order for shortcode.

How do you like the new feature? Please give your feedback in the comments below.

Wishing you a wonderful holiday season and great success in the year to come!

I am new to WordPress but thanks to your premium extensions and support I managed to set up my product catalog in two days. Thank you for all support and of course the new features.

Thank you. We are trying to implement the desired features ASAP however it also takes time to test everything before release.
