As a response to your emails we started to offer premium support and advanced theme integration for our eCommerce Product Catalog plugin.

Since the plugin was released we’ve got a lot of feedback emails (thank you for that!).

So why Advanced Theme Integration?

Some of you had problems with theme integration just because the theme doesn’t have the loop as specified in the guide. Most of those themes where very unique and advanced so the plugin couldn’t determine proper markup.What’s more the loop was hidden or called from various functions.

While it is not possible to cover all possible cases in the guide we started the advanced theme integration service. That’s for those of you who are struggling with theme integration. But… try first to do it yourself, in most cases it is piece of cake or you don’t even need it, because the plugin does the great job.

Premium support purpose

We also get some email support requests. For those of you who are not comfortable with asking questions on the forum, we started the premium support service. We understand the need for it, especially for business websites and websites that generate income as our swift replies ensure that all issues are addressed and corrected as quickly as possible.

I hope those services will make our eCommerce Product Catalog even more useful and unique. As you get affordable premium support you can focus more on your business than on the technical issues.
