You can add the Quote Cart login to the menu in WordPress Appearance > Menu:
Once to add it to the menu, you can customize the button label:
Once you save the menu, you will see the new login menu element. The button label will change if you sign in:
The styling login/log-out menu button will look similar to the other menu elements.
