Select the email notification format

To select the email notification format, go to Catalog Settings > Quote Cart and find the Email Format option:

You can choose:

  • Text – a plain text message
  • HTML – a HTML formatted message; this is the default option
  • Multipart – HTML message with plain text as an alternative; this is not compatible with most SMTP plugins
