You can change product name color in Product Settings > Catalog Design > Product Page. Find the Product Page Colors section and Product Name Color setting inside.
To change the color click on the field near it. The color picker will appear.
To pick a color click on the right and then adjust the color on the left. Click outside the color picker when you are ready and save the settings.
The new product name color will be applied immediately for every product page.
