LICENSING QUESTIONS

Do plugins have licenses?

All impleCode plugins and extensions have licenses, which allow to get continuous updates and support. Each license is valid for one year from date of purchase.

What happens when the license is expired or deactivated?

After the license is expired or deactivated the plugin will keep working. You are free to use the plugin or extension as long as you need to but you will not receive updates and support for the product any longer.

How to renew the license?

Before the license will expire you will receive a reminder from impleCode. Than you can renew the license for another year with 30% discount. When the license is expired the discount is not valid anymore. To renew the license please contact us directly.

How does license activation work?

After you activate the plugin you can activate the license for the website where the plugin is installed. The license is inserted in support tab in product settings. You will see the notification after the plugin is activated. After the license key is activated you can receive updates and support.

What do I receive with license renewal?

Renewing the license provides another year of updates and support. Updates ensures that your software will be fully compatible with WordPress and another impleCode plugins. Premium support provides human answers to all your questions.

How the multiple websites license works?

If you have a multiple websites license (up to 5 websites or up to 25 websites) you will be able to get updates and support for the number of websites specified with the same license key. The license is valid for 1 year regardless of the number of websites it is used on. You have full control over the websites that the license is active for in the customer panel.

How to manage licensed websites?

You can change license websites at any time:

  1. Find the extension in customer panel
  2. Click edit on websites column
  3. Find the website that you want to delete from the license, click red x sign and click save button
  4. Now you can re-verify the license on a new website

ORDER QUESTIONS

How can I order the extension?

To order the extension please go to its sale page (all extensions), click add to cart button and fill the order form.

How can I get the invoice?

You will receive your invoice in PDF with your order on the email address specified in the order form.

How can I order multiple extensions at the same time?

We recommend to buy one extension at a time so you can try all the features before you buy another one. If you still need to buy multiple extension at a time please contact us directly.

Where is the download URL to my extension?

After the payment is done you will get an email with the extension files attached. You can also login and download the extension from customer panel.

THEME INTEGRATION QUESTIONS

I have a problem with the plugin layout, what can I do?

You can proceed with the theme integration. It solves any layout problems and it is necessary when the plugin doesn’t work properly with your theme. If you have a valid license key for any of our premium products you will get the advanced theme integration for free.

My theme is not compatible with the plugin, what can I do?

The answer is basicly the same as to the previous one. Please send a support ticket and we will proceed with the theme integration immediately.

SUPPORT QUESTIONS

How to open the support ticket?

To open the support ticket go to support page, choose support ticket and provide all the information needed to examine your problem along with your license key.

You can also use the support ticket form in your WordPress dashboard located in Product Settings > Premium Support (it is available only if you have any premium extension installed).

How long it takes to get a response to a support ticket?

Normally it takes less than 1 hour to get into your support request and provide you with a solution. The maximum response time is 24 hours.

REFUNDS QUESTIONS

What are the refund terms?

At impleCode, we want to ensure you are 100% happy with your purchase. If you have any technical or sales queries please do not hesitate to contact us. However if at any point within 30 days from the order you have any implementation issues with your new eCommerce Product Catalog extension or theme and you’ve attempted to resolve it with our support staff than by all means email us directly and we will refund 100% of your money.

How to get a refund?

To get a refund please go to support page, choose billing question and provide your license key along with the product to be refunded and a clear explanation of why you’re not happy.

NOTE: refunds will not be granted if you simply decide not to use the purchased products. We stand behind our products and will assist you in solving any problem you have, but we also expect you to adequately understand what you are purchasing and why.

How long the refund takes?

Normally the refund process is maximum 24 hours however there are two exceptions:

  • Weekend refund requests are proccessed on Monday.
  • Public holiday refund requests are proccessed on the following first working day.

Can I get a refund after 30 days?

Refunds may only be issued within 30 days of the purchase date. After 30 days no refunds can be processed.
