Do plugins have licenses?

All impleCode plugins are licensed under the GPL with some additional terms.

Empowering Your Experience: Upon purchasing an extension, you will receive a valuable license key that unlocks a world of continuous updates and support. Each license key remains valid for one year from the date of purchase. The flexibility to choose the number of websites supported is in your hands during the purchase process. Furthermore, if your needs evolve, you have the option to easily upgrade the license type (number of websites supported) by paying the price difference.

What happens when the license is expired or deactivated?

Sustained Functionality, Uninterrupted Usage: Even after the license expiration or deactivation, rest assured that the plugin will continue operating at its full capacity. You retain complete freedom to utilize the plugin or extension for as long as necessary; however, please note that without an active license, updates and support for the product will no longer be available.

How to renew the license?

Before the license expires, you will receive a reminder from impleCode. The reminder will have a link to renew the license for another year with a 30% discount. When the license is expired, the discount is not valid anymore. If you have any problems with the renewal, please contact us directly.

How does license activation work?

After you activate the plugin, you can activate the license for the website where the plugin is installed. The license is inserted in the support tab in product settings. You will see the notification after the plugin is activated. After the license key is activated, you can receive updates and support.

What do I receive with license renewal?

Renewing the license provides another year of updates and support. Updates ensure that your software will be fully compatible with WordPress and other impleCode plugins. In addition, premium support provides human answers to all your questions.

How the multiple websites license works?

If you have a multiple websites license (5 websites or 25 websites), you will get updates and support for the number of websites specified. The license is valid for 1 year regardless of the number of websites it is used on. You will use the same license key on each website; however, you can deactivate the license for a particular website in the customer panel on

Can I use the single site license on staging (for testing) and live site?

Yes, you can have the extension installed on both the staging and live site. However, please make sure that you activate the license on the live site only.

How to manage licensed websites?

You can change license websites at any time:

  1. Find the extension in the customer panel
  2. Click edit on websites column
  3. Find the website you want to delete from the license, click the red x sign and click the save button.
  4. Now you can re-verify the license on a new website


How can I order the extension?

To order the extension, please go to its sale page (all extensions), click the add to cart button and fill the order form.

How can I get the invoice?

You will receive your invoice in PDF with your order at the email address specified in the order form.

How can I order multiple extensions at the same time?

You can click the add many extensions to the cart by clicking the add to cart button on each extension page. If you are buying more than 2 extensions, we recommend the extension bundle options for potential discounts!

Where is the download URL to my extension?

After the order is complete, you will get a license key to install the extensions directly from the catalog extensions menu. You can also log in to the customer panel on and download the extension there.


I have a problem with the plugin layout. What can I do?

You can proceed with the theme integration. It solves any layout problems, and it is necessary when the plugin doesn’t work properly with your theme. If you have a valid license key for any of our premium products, you will get the advanced theme integration for free.

My theme is not compatible with the plugin. What can I do?

The answer is basically the same as the previous one. Please send a support ticket, and we will proceed with the theme integration immediately.


How to open a support ticket?

To open the support ticket, go to the support page, choose support ticket and provide all the information needed to examine your problem along with your license key.

You can also use the support ticket form in your WordPress dashboard located in Product Settings > Premium Support (it is available only if you have any premium extension installed).

How long it takes to get a response to a support ticket?

Normally it takes less than 1 hour to get into your support request and provide you with a solution. However, the maximum response time is 24 hours.


What are the refund terms?

At impleCode, we want to ensure you are 100% happy with your purchase. Therefore, if you have any technical or sales queries, please do not hesitate to contact us. However, if at any point within 30 days from the order you have any implementation issues with your new eCommerce Product Catalog extension or theme, and you’ve attempted to resolve it with our support staff, then, by all means, email us directly, and we will refund 100% of your money.

How to get a refund?

To get a refund, please go to the support page, choose the billing question and provide your license key along with the product to be refunded and a clear explanation of why you’re not happy.

How long the refund takes?

Normally the refund process is a maximum of 24 hours; however, there are two exceptions:

  • Weekend refund requests are processed on Monday.
  • Public holiday refund requests are processed on the following first working day.

Can I get a refund for a bundle?

If you have any issues with the extensions, please make sure to contact our support. We are always happy to make adjustments, add new features or help with the configuration.

You can get a refund for a bundle if:

  1. You didn’t install or download more than 50% of the extensions available in the bundle or more than 10 extensions for unlimited access bundles.
  2. You didn’t use the bundled extensions on more than 1 domain.

Can I get a refund for a renewal?

Yes, you can get a refund for renewal within 7 days of the transaction if you didn’t use it yet.

Can I get a refund after 30 days?

Refunds may only be issued within 30 days of the purchase date. After 30 days no refunds can be processed.
